Paula Reik – President

 Paula began her business career at East River Savings Bank in New York City.  In her 20+ years of corporate experience since then she has worked for such major international corporations as Bendix International and Eastman Kodak. 

 As an International Marketing Manager for Bendix she gained manufacturing and international exposure, having worked closely with a domestic manufacturing division and with the international field sales organization. 

 At Eastman Kodak – Business Imaging, Paula had the responsibility of working with a wide range of organizations including Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Delta Airlines, Bank of New York, Russell Sportswear, VHA of Georgia Hospitals, Primerica, and with many other large and smaller sized corporations and government agencies.

 Most recently Paula brought her experience and expertise to The Whole Life Health Center, a small family owned business as the Marketing Director and Office Manager.

 Her educational background includes:
Bachelor of Business Administration - Bernard M. Baruch College of the City
         University of New York
MBA - University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, Ross School of Business.

Paula is a member of Toastmasters International and has attained Competent Communicator.  She is also the Secretary of the PB&J Toastmasters club.

 *Roger Allen and Preston Pond are the developers of many of the training products that we use.   They are the cofounders of the Center for Organizational Design, Inc., a consulting firm based in Littleton, Colorado.  They provide training materials and consulting support for strategy development, organizational assessment and redesign, team design and development, and personal development.  Some of their clients include AT&T, Amoco, Coach Leatherware, Colgate, Corning Glassworks, Exxon Chemical, Ford Motor Company, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, IBM, Key Tronic Corp., Merck Pharmacauticals, Proctor & Gamble, USWest, and the U.S. Forest Service.

 Roger Allen -- Ph.D. and Program Developer

Roger is a management and organizational design consultant based in Littleton, Colorado with a dual background in psychology and organizational behavior. Since graduating with his doctorate from the University of Minnesota, he has provided consulting, training, and team-building to help organizations improve their results and create work cultures of productive and committed employees.

Roger served as Vice President of Human Resources for an 1800 person electronics firm in the Northwest where he was responsible for organization development corporate-wide, working with senior management to redefine their values and philosophy, initiating a corporate training strategy, and serving as leader of a cross-functional customer service team that improved workflow throughout the company.

He also founded and served as President of The Human Development Institute, Inc. where he created a number of experiential programs in personal empowerment and interpersonal communication which have been taught hundreds of times in dozens of cities nationwide.

Preston Pond  -- Ph.D. and Program Developer

 Preston is a management and organization design consultant based in Englewood, Colorado. He has a Bachelors Degree in English and Asian Studies and Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from BrighamYoungUniversity, 1979.

Preston spent a number of years with Proctor & Gamble as an internal organization development consultant, working with new plant start-ups, collaborative work redesign efforts, and team building in the U.S., Japan, and Mexico.

He has worked as the Director of Organization Development for Clark Equipment Company where he spearheaded Socio-Technical Systems redesign activities in both union and non-union settings.
