The COMPASS program is a 12 or 24 session, workshop based employee leadership development program.
The focus is to develop:
- Leadership and people skills
- Self management and personal effectiveness
- Interpersonal relationships, communication, and trust.
- Teamwork and collaboration

The
COMPASS program utilizes a facilitated format and the latest techniques in adult learning including:
- Simulations
- Case studies
- Behavior modeling
- Application exercises
- Group discussion, and
- Skill building.
The emphasis is on application rather than theory, learning techniques that are proven to help people internalize the principles and apply the lessons to the workplace environment.

COMPASS program is supported by:
- Comprehensive workbooks for each session
- Over 48 hours of classroom learning
- Audio CDs, Video, and/or E-Learning Tools
- On-going Coaching
- Shared learning with other students reinforcing skills
- Best practice approach to on the job application
