 The COMPASS program is a 12 to 24 month professional employee leadership development program designed to greatly enhance the skills and effectiveness of anyone in your organization.  The aim is to develop the leadership and people skills that are critical to the health and growth of any organization.

It is important to recognize that a supervisor or manager is in a leadership role.  Surveys show that more people leave their jobs because of "bad" bosses than for more money.  How well you handle your management role will shape employee morale and effectiveness and will ultimately have an impact on the bottom line.

The COMPASS program gives you and/or your employees advanced competencies in four critical areas:

As people attend the COMPASS program workshops, they develop knowledge and skills that will significantly increase

Never before have such diverse and critically important business, interpersonal, and leadership topics been combined into a training series with such impact.           

The Compass Program is a series of on-going workshops that can be joined at anytime. A full twelve month program commitment is recommended in order to get the most out of these specifically designed training sessions.

One topic a month* is presented in a 1/2 day format.

*Meeting monthly will give you the opportunity to practice the concepts before moving on to the next topic.

Each skill is learned through a combination of lecture and high energy, interactive exercises to help you internalize the principles and apply the lessons to your back home experience.

The COMPASS program workshops use the latest techniques in adult learning including simulations, case studies, behavior modeling, application exercises, group discussion, and skill building. The emphasis is on application rather than theory.
It enables participants to learn new competencies. internalize the principles, and gives them the tools to apply them back home.
